Hi Matt.

I founded a social media recruitment and marketing company in France. Let me tell you that I show the Deloitte NZ Facebook carrer page for students to my prospects and customers in the consulting community as an example of what has to be done. Would you allow me to translate this article in french and to post it on my blog. I would of course quote your name and post a liink to this blog.

Best regards,
Patrick Manhes

Matt,
This is a great example of social recruiting in practice over social recruiting talk, and I’m glad you have highlighted Richard, Paul and there work down under.
I interviewed Richard for my Australasian show in October before the u-stream link up had gone live. You can hear the show at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/downunder-recruiting/2009/11/16/facebook-for-recruiters--australasian-show
Since getting to know Richard and Paul well, I have been following this project closely and logged in for the first live show. I think Deloitte's have got the balance exactly right with not being over slick and keeping the communication between last years intake and this years graduates real.
Richard and several of the champions of this project will be broadcasting live to #trulondon at 10.00a.m. on the 19th Feb. you can connect via the fan page listed in the blog or live at the event. http://www.thetruconferences.com
I will be following this story with interest as I know they have a number of developments planned shortly.
